Please note all price negotiations will be conducted with Gregg, the last time I checked land was selling there for $2800 per acre, there is 38.5 acres, and I've spent over $100k in building the observatory, putting in the roads (we have our own internal roads), gates, water system (cistern, pump and plumbing), electrical (to the residence area and to the observatory), septic and foundation.
